I was skeptical ordering online but this completely changed my mind. The hair is genuinely soft and silky, thick from the root all the way to the ends. The bundles are full weft to tip and blend right into my leave-out. Zero shedding when I washed it and it didn't tangle at the nape like cheaper hair does. Customer service answered all my questions before I bought. 10/10. Wish it was a touch fuller, still good for the price though.
