All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. The price shown at checkout is final for the product; any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed through PayPal, card processors, Shop Pay, or Klarna.

We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before dispatch. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you and, where needed, offer to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We ship factory-direct from Vietnam via FedEx, UPS, and DHL to the United States and 50+ countries. Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes payable by the recipient. Risk of loss passes on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Orders are covered by our 30-Day Customer Protection Program for wrong, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed items. Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos or video.

We describe our raw single-donor Vietnamese hair as accurately as possible. Because hair is a natural product, slight variation in colour, wave, and texture is normal. Availability may change without notice.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anh Hair is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
